If you are registering an application for the first time then you should enter the details for your development environment. A development registration does not require you to enter values for Authorisation Redirect Url or Data Sharing Agreement Url. Once you have completed integration and are ready to go live, you can register your live application. A live application registration must have an Authorisation Redirect Url and Data Sharing Agreement Url specified.
